How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, though we can often accommodate last-minute requests, especially for airport transfers. For weddings, Davos-style events, or ski season weekends, booking a few days ahead secures your preferred vehicle.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time, so your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up automatically. There is no extra charge for reasonable delays, and you will not be left waiting at an empty curb.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Simply mention the child's age when booking so we can prepare the right seat.
How much luggage can I bring?
Our S-Class and EQS comfortably take 2 to 3 large suitcases plus hand luggage. For groups, ski equipment, or extra bags, the V-Class offers significantly more space: let us know your needs and we will recommend the right vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer in advance, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) directly with your chauffeur at the end of the journey. Both options are secure and invoiced clearly, with no hidden fees.
Do you drive outside Switzerland?
Yes. Beyond Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich, we regularly serve destinations in neighboring France, Italy, and Germany, including Milan, Lyon, Paris, and Munich, as well as ski resorts such as Courchevel.
